We have good news to share with you :-) 

On 4th October we were honoured to attend the Primary Care Network awards evening celebrating their Better Care for Carers accreditation scheme. Nine GP practices were awarded accreditation status from Bronze to Platinum, scored depending on what services they offer carers in the surgeries. Sue has been involved from the beginning alongside other agencies, organisations and unpaid carers. Helping to design the criteria etc that the practices needed to meet, so the awards evening was a wonderful event to see how proud the carers leads were receiving their awards.
